I. Nature of This Association
Endo Wellness Healing Ministry (the "Ministry") is a 508(c)(1)(a) Private Ministerial Association operating solely in the private domain. It is not a public business, not a medical practice, and not subject to public accommodation laws. Membership is voluntary, private, and governed exclusively by this Covenant and the Ministry's Articles of Association.

II. Private Domain
By becoming a member, I voluntarily step into the private domain of Endo Wellness Healing Ministry. I acknowledge that the Ministry operates outside the public commercial domain and that all services, products, consultations, and communications between myself and the Ministry are private and protected by the rights of private association.

III. Mission Alignment
Membership requires full alignment with the Ministry's foundational principles: personal sovereignty, natural healing, food and plant medicine as primary remedies, environmental awareness, and freedom from institutional conflict of interest. Any person whose professional obligations, affiliations, or duties create a material conflict with these principles — including but not limited to active employment by or direct service to government agencies, law enforcement, military branches, or political offices — is not eligible for membership, as such conflicts are incompatible with the Ministry's mission and the private nature of this association.

IV. Not Medical Advice
I understand and agree that Endo Wellness Healing Ministry is a faith-based healing ministry — not a licensed medical practice. Nothing provided by the Ministry constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or the practice of medicine. I am encouraged to maintain my relationship with my existing healthcare providers. I take full personal responsibility for all health decisions I make.

V. Personal Responsibility
I am solely responsible for my own health decisions, actions, and outcomes. I acknowledge that the Ministry's protocols and products are based on natural, plant-based, and food-based approaches to wellness, and that results vary by individual. I will communicate openly and honestly with Pauli Roterdam about my health history, medications, and conditions.

VI. Confidentiality
All information I share with the Ministry is strictly confidential. The Ministry will not share, sell, or disclose my personal information to any third party under any circumstances. I likewise agree to maintain the confidentiality of other members, of the Ministry's protocols and formulations, and of any information I receive as a member that is proprietary to the Ministry.

VII. FDA Disclaimer
I acknowledge that statements made by the Ministry have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products and protocols discussed or provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

VIII. Voluntary Agreement
I enter this Covenant freely, voluntarily, and without coercion. I have read this Covenant in its entirety and I understand and agree to every provision herein. My electronic submission of the membership application constitutes my binding agreement to this Covenant.

IX. Membership Revocation
The Ministry reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if a member violates this Covenant, misrepresents their eligibility, or acts in a manner inconsistent with the Ministry's mission and values. The Ministry Director's decision regarding membership is final.
